Samar is a Canadian/Egyptian based in Germany whose freelancing life has gifted her with much freedom to explore many pathways, and so now wears several hats: multimedia producer and concept developer for print, web, and motion; copywriter; editor; translator; OSINT/digital researcher; and artist. She chose the MA Digital Narratives as a collaborative lab to focus and consolidate her skillset, dive deeper into the world of storytelling, and specifically explore ways to transfer and convey complex subject matter to the wider public. Keen to share and collaborate with others in a creative, inspiring, and playful environment, Samar wishes to be part of something greater than herself, and the thought of using what she has to serve the greater good fills her with tremendous joy. That and music, coffee, and kind people.
