Yunus Roy Imer was born in Zurich and works internationally as Director of Photography. He studied Image Design/Cinematography at the Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg and shoots mostly feature and documentary films, including "Systemsprenger" (director: Nora Fingscheidt), "Space Dogs" (Elsa Kremser and Levin Peter) and many other internationally awarded films. At the Diagonale 2020, he was awarded Best Cinematography Documentary with "Space Dogs" and was nominated for the German Camera Award in 2018 with "Ohne diese Welt".
