When I'm not writing a new script, I love to stand in the kitchen and bake, sit in a movie theater, do puzzles, or teach myself self-taught Danish. I love the sound of pattering rain, the smell of fresh vanilla - and I love being sucked into a new world by a character. No matter what the format. Good characters are carriers of emotions that captivate the recipient and leave a mark on him or her. That's why I like to write stories that are a little different, that have a different perspective on their surroundings, of characters whose stories lead us into a space of new possibilities. Because the horizon is by no means the end, but merely a threshold to a new world.
