The technical possibilities of visual effects and animation have always excited me. Early on, I became interested in the various aspects of VFX because I find it very fascinating to be able to create something out of nothing. VFX seemed to me like magic tricks that I wanted to master myself. During the semester abroad of my first film degree, I had the opportunity to visit the VFX studio Pixomondo in Los Angeles. Seeing how work is done in the studio and the possibilities of creating a film as part of a team really excited me and made me realize that my goal is to become part of such a team. Through my studies at the ifs, I learned not only the technical implementation, but also to recognize the influence the story has on the visual effects and how they can unfold their full strength when working together. I look forward to successfully developing this strength in future projects.
