CHANGZHEN ZHENG - Born in the southwest region of mainland China in 1996, Changzhen Zheng started his Film and television studies at Shanghai University in 2014 at the age of 18.
During his four years bachelor’s program he mainly focuses on the creation of documentaries. There he had his understanding of film making also understood the power and the tendency of digital media, After graduating he also had a one-year film production project in Shanghai Vancouver films school and there he made his first short film The Way Out and won a couple of film festivals. After that, he worked as a teaching assistant in the film school, and also used to teach in United In Film program in Uganda. Meanwhile, he used those opportunities to develop his script for feature films. After developing his ideas he realized he needs more innovations, mediums as well as space to develop the narratives, he chose to start his new life in Germany and studied Digital Narratives in ifs internationale filmschule köln. Now after the study in Germany he already made films in 4 countries from 3 continents, and he’s looking forward to more.
