DAVID DRINK was born in Uerdingen and grew up in Krefeld-Hüls. After graduating from high school and a year abroad in the U.S., bachelor's degree in American studies and film, theater and cultural studies with a focus on theater at Johannes Gutenberg-University in Mainz. During his studies, interned at ZDF, SWR, Welle Niederrhein, RTL Hessen and the ARD foreign studio in New York. Since 2015, started working as an editorial assistant and later as an editor / music editor for various show formats. [including ESC Preliminary Contest 2017(ARD), Schlag den Star (ProSieben), Let's Dance (RTL), Sing On! Germany (Netflix)]. Currently CvD at Banijay Productions Germany [Big Bounce, Promi-Touchdown (RTL)]. Discovered his passion for television and entertainment during his time as a cableassistant at ZDF (ZDF-Fernsehgarten, Das aktuelle Sportstudio, heute-journal, 3sat Festival) Honorary president of the carnival association »Sechserrat der katholischen Jugend Hüls e.V.«.
