Daniel Bickermann studied literature, theatre and media studies in Erlangen. His plays have been performed in Berlin, Nuremberg and Prague. He has worked as a film critic for two decades and has written, translated and edited several books on film and television. After studying screenwriting at the dffb, he works as a screenwriter, dramaturge and lecturer.
