Masterclass Entertainment
Growth market entertainment: skilled workers needed!
The market for entertainment production has been highly dynamic for years, and it is considered a growth segment with great potential – whether via linear TV channels, new streaming platforms or online channels. However, the industry is currently challenged by a shortage of skilled workers. There are not enough managers and skilled workers in the individual professional segments to ensure the sustainable and innovative development of the industry.
Compact further training offer: development – production – marketing
The Masterclass Entertainment offers the opportunity to broaden and deepen the theoretical and practical knowledge with regard to the essential creative and productive aspects of entertainment formats in TV and digital media in a practice-oriented manner. The focus is on the main creative, technical and commercial core competencies in the fields of development, production and marketing as well as essential competencies in the areas of corporate management, law and innovation development.
Develop your own ideas and pitch them to the decision makers in the industry
An integral part of the training is the Format Lab, in which participants develop their own format ideas in order to pitch them to industry experts.
Learning from the best and expanding your own network
Lecturers in the master class are prominent players from the entertainment industry and leading experts in the fields of innovation and business development. Among the participants are René Jamm (CEO, Warner), Stefan Oelze (CEO, Seapoint Productions), Christiane Ruff (CEO, ITV Studios), Mike Timmermann (Senior Executive Producer, Talpa), and Godehard Wolpers (Managing Director, Brainpool TV).
