Graduation film 2018 of the ifs internationale filmschule köln Lonesome Horst (74) is carrying his heavy grocery bags home as a confused old man collapses in his sight. Horst hurries to help, but the man dies on the spot. The grieving relatives, Elsa (42) and Volker (42), nevertheless show themselves grateful for Horst’s caring and the delivering of the last words. They invite him into their home. When Horst enters the married couple’s world and notices the free space in their middle, an unspoken dream builds within him. But the deeper he follows in the footsteps of the deceased, the more his stay develops into a bizarre nightmare. |
