In order to to help women develop their entrepreneurial potential in the media industry and also increasingly turn their visions into their own ventures, the Mediengründerzentrum NRW has launched the Sheroes empowerment programme.
 
The six-month programme includes an eight-part seminar programme, coaching, mentoring, and intensive networking. It is aimed at women in the NRW media industry who are interested in starting a business or have already done so and want to develop their entrepreneurial skills.
