The application period for the second cohort of the MA »FILM - Co-Creation and Innovation for Social Change« is open until May, 1.

On April 12 at 5 p.m. (CET), interested parties will have the opportunity to learn more about the application process as well as study contents during an online info session with Prof. Ciro Cappellari und Sunedria Nicholls-Gärtner (Leitung MA Film).

Interested parties can register for the info session at masterfilm@filmschule.de. You will then receive your Zoom access data in advance of the appointment.

The project-based program focuses on co-creative, anti-hierarchical work, creativity-oriented refinement of film language, social relevance and theories of critical thinking – under the guidance of director, DoP and writer Prof. Ciro Cappellari. The two-year master's program is designed for filmmakers* from audiovisual creative fields (including directing, producing, cinematography, editing, sound design, screenwriting, production design) with a strong team spirit and interest in socially relevant issues. In interdisciplinary teams, students develop relevant material and explore new forms of cooperation in project work.
