Bernhard Sonnleitner

Bernhard Sonnleitner (born 1971) studied political science at the University of Passau and Muskingum University in Ohio. In 1998, he joined Seven.One Entertainment Group as a research editor for ProSieben News and Sat.1 ran. Bernhard Sonnleitner has headed the International Scouting & Trends department since 2008 and has been co-organiser and presenter of the European Pitches for Seven.One Entertainment Group together with international partners ever since. In 2024, he also took over the acquisition of third-party formats and development projects for Seven.One Studios International's distribution division. In 2025, he was appointed to the jury of the German Television Award as a representative of the Seven.One Entertainment Group.
