LUCIA JACOBS, born in Trier in 2000, gained early experience in dance, theatre, and writing groups. After spending time abroad and training as a yoga teacher, she studied art education therapy with a focus on media at Alanus University. With her photo series After Us, the Flood 2.0, she was a finalist for the BFF Förderpreis 23/24. She attended film-related seminars, sold fine art photographs, founded the writing course Dead Poet Society, and independently produced her short film "Kill a Darling". In 2024, she took part in the summer course at the Film University Babelsberg, and in 2025 she curated the NEXT Youth Photo Festival and led the storytelling course The Legacy of Girlhood at the Rautenstrauch-Joest Museum in Cologne. Studying at the ifs since 2025.
