Nathan Vecht is a Dutch playwright and screenwriter. He writes plays, musicals, and television series about the major contemporary themes of our time. His work can best be described as serious comedy. He has written several plays for, among others, the Dutch National Theatre. For television he wrote the critically acclaimed series »The Year of Fortuyn«, which was nominated for the Prix d'Europe. He was head writer of the comedy series »Mission Earth« and has written for various late-night comedy shows. His plays are published by publishing house De Harmonie. Nathan lives and works in Amsterdam.
