Karl works in seclusion at the baggage claim area of a dreary train station.

It's Christmas Eve. A package left behind leads him to a fairy-tale house in the middle of nowhere shortly before closing time. Mrs. Wilms, a lovely old lady, is already waiting for him there. Together with the angel Sarah, she makes sure that Karl will have an unforgettable night.
