The ifs Anti-Discrimination Officer serves as the point of contact for all members of the institution regarding anti-discrimination issues. 
Her main responsibilities include:

• Counseling on Discrimination and Sexual Harassment
• if necessary, referral to internal and external offices, such as the ifs Equal Opportunity Officer, the Central Equal Opportunity Officer and her office at TH Köln, the TH Köln Officer for People with Disabilities, or the ifs’ external independent contact point
