FRANZISKA WIEDEN's inspiration for filmmaking began through her cultural encounters while traveling through Latin America. She then directed various music videos, went through several production internships and completed her bachelor's degree in film production at ifs International Filmschule Köln.
She was a scholarship holder of the VFF Verwertungsgesellschaft der Film- und Fernsehproduzenten and was honored by the Producers Network Award of the Robert Bosch Stiftung. Since then she has been working as a freelance producer.
