Studied at the USP Universidades de São Paulo. Freelance film editor and sound designer in Munich since 1988. 2004 President of the Palermo Film Festival del Mediterraneo. Founding member of the German Film Academy DFA. Member of the Bundesverband Filmschnitt Editor e.V. Member of the European Film Academy EFA.
