Tunde Aladese has 16 years of experience writing mainly for television. First heading a writing team at 29 with the soap opera »Tinsel« for South African broadcaster Mnet/Dstv, she worked with the channel in a variety of genres over the years, as well as writing on and then head writing MTV’s young adult series »Shuga«. Moving to Berlin in 2015, in the past few years she has written and directed on a COVID-19 lockdown season of »MTV Shuga (Alone Together)«; written on the Netflix adaptation of »The Secret Lives of Baba Segi's Wives«; written on and served as Story Editor for »Transatlantic« (1940s wartime, romance, adventure). She is currently working on projects with production companies like Komplizen Film and Studio Airlift.
