Jeppe Gjervig Gram (»Borgen«, »Follow the Money«), Head of Program for the European Showrunner Program at ifs, will participate as a speaker on the »Arquitectos de la creación: Showrunners« at Iberseries & Platino Industria on October 2 in Madrid – together with Chascas Valenzuela (writer, screenwriter, and showrunner), Eduardo Galdo (executive producer, Secuoya Studios Stories), Francisca Alegría (showrunner, »The House of Spirits«), Fernanda Urrejola (showrunner, »The House of Spirits«), moderated by Gregorio Belinchón (culture editor, »El País«).
The panel will address topics such as the strategies creatives from different countries use to develop compelling stories, how they turn their ideas into successful series, how they structure their work, where they get their inspiration, how they tell original stories that sell, and what secrets lie behind their new projects. All this at a time when it is challenging to retain audiences in the long term.
