Synopsis

Cold War, East Berlin, 1960: Rachel (30) works as a barkeeper at a shady nightclub. She is a resilient and charming loner who cleverly uses her charisma to make people talk while revealing nothing about herself. Few people know that she is a Jewish Holocaust survivor whose entire family was killed in the Treblinka death camp. For ten years, she has been trying to legally reclaim her family's mansion that was confiscated by the Nazis. But on the final day of the trial, a stranger named Günther Neumann is declared the rightful owner. Frustrated, Rachel becomes determined to expose him as a fraud. With her two only friends, a joyful smuggler and an anxious sex worker, she discovers that Günther is an American spy using her former family home for covert operations. Undeterred by authorities, Rachel takes matters into her own hands by infiltrating Günther's business and private life. This leads her to Operation Berlin Climax, a prostitution ring led by the CIA where high-class escorts drug and interrogate political targets for intelligence.

To get her home back, Rachel befriends Günther’s wife and daughter while also joining the CIA as an asset. The more she climbs the ranks, the more she gets caught in the dangerous game of espionage. Together with her friends, Rachel dives deep into a war between two superpowers where she must outsmart the best intelligence agencies in the world to survive and get her family home back. But what and who is Rachel willing to sacrifice for that?
