Abhirup Chakraborty

With a background in Multimedia Animation and Graphic Designing, Abhirup began his creative journey in India in 2021, exploring the intersection of animation, visual design and storytelling. He started his professional career working with various companies as a Graphic Designer, developing expertise in visual communication and narrative-driven design while building a multidisciplinary approach that combines design, animation and storytelling. 
His work and interests span 3D animation, graphic design and visual storytelling, with a growing focus on creating immersive visual experiences for film and games. His creative practice is driven by an interest in how visual language, technology and narrative can come together to build engaging worlds and experiences.
Currently pursuing a Master’s in Animation for Film & Games at TH Köln, Germany, Abhirup is expanding his practice across 3D animation, filmmaking and interactive storytelling. Building on his foundation in Multimedia, Animation and Graphic design, he aims to develop a distinctive creative practice within the animation and entertainment industry.
