FRÄNZI HEINRICH, born in Southern Germany in 1993, has been writing since she could hold a pen. Her heart beats for magnificent historical films, beautiful and colourful pictures and captivating stories. Since 2015, she has lived and worked in the most beautiful city on the Rhine (Cologne, of course!), where she studied Art History and German Language & Literature until 2021. From 2022 to 2023, she took up a Master's program in Media Art and Media Design at the Bauhaus University Weimar,  which she dropped out of in 2023 to study at the ifs. She’s a member of the Assistant Directors Union Germany (ADU) and the German Screenwriting Association (DDV). Convinced that the best ideas are created in a team and fascinated by the ultimate illusion, she feels at home in fictional film. Studying at the ifs since 2023.
