LEA DERENTHAL born in Krefeld in 1994. After graduating from high school and vocational training as a design assistant in media and communication in 2014, studied media management in Cologne, with a semester abroad in Bangkok. During her studies, first encounters with filmmakers - great interest in films and series, in stages, in works by Barrett and Stockhausen, in antiques. After BA graduation in 2018 first experience in a feature film in set props. From interest became a passion - since then working as an assistant to the set props for various Cologne TV productions. Developed first own concepts for commercials - procurement and preparation of furniture and props as well as set dec. Studying at the ifs snce 2021.
