Makgano Mamabolo moves comfortably from in front of the camera to behind the scenes. For the past 25 years, she has worked on critically acclaimed productions as the managing director (MD) for Puo Pha Productions and later as a freelancer, writing, directing and producing in both film and TV, with shows on Netflix, BET, Paramount, and SABC. She recently completed 3 seasons of »MTV Shuga« as head writer, after producing 150 episodes of »Lithapo« as the creative producer. She has served on the FESPACO Grand Jury and SAFTA awards judging panels, and has recently moved to Europe, currently living in Copenhagen.
