Maria Camila Gómez (she/her) grew up in a small town surrounded by mountains in Colombia. Fascinated by image, cinema, literature, and stories in general, she decided to study a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Audiovisual Languages. Finding a deep passion in searching for and creating stories from the beauty and imperfection of reality, documentary and non-fictional narratives have become her main creative language. In the MA in Digital Narratives at ifs, she is interested in learning and experimenting with new ways to expand traditional non-fiction formats into interactive and immersive narratives, but always open to explore and discover the unimagined.
