Min Tesch (1976* in Aachen) is a visual effects artist and visual effects supervisor with many years of professional experience in feature film and advertising.

After graduating in visual communication from the Maastricht Academy of Fine Arts and Design (2001), he first worked for two years as a volunteer at MTV Central, where he independently created features for various shows. In 2004 he realised the ZDF/ARTE documentary "Rem Koolhaas - A Kind of Architect" as director and motion designer together with Markus Heidingsfelder. The animations that brought Koolhaas' plans and models to life contributed significantly to the success of the portrait, which was described by the Süddeutsche Zeitung as a "successful film experiment". He subsequently worked as a compositor for various major visual effects studios such as Scanline, Arri and Pixomondo from 2009 to 2018.

His feature films as VFX artist and on-set supervisor include numerous national and international productions, including the Jon Stewart production "Rosewater" (2014), the international co-production "Colonia" (2016) with Emma Watson and Daniel Brühl, which was nominated several times for the German Film Awards, and "A Hologram for the King" (2017) with Tom Hanks. In 2021 he was Visual Effects Supervisor for the documentary "A Bee's Diary" (2021) and the docu-fiction ARD production "Brecht" (2022) with Tom Schilling. His latest projects as compositor include the Netflix production "The Gray Man" (2022) with Ryan Gosling and Chris Evans and the Star Wars series "Andor" (2022) with Stellan Skarsgård. His VFX football clips commissioned by the DFL with stars such as Robert Lewandowski and Erling Haaland achieved several hundred million views on social media. For his current project, he is once again acting as visual effects supervisor for the 6-part ARD series "Unsere Wunderbaren Jahre".
