ROBERT KRUS was born in Adenau in 1997 and grew up in a small village in the Eifel region. His passion for photography and film grew when he discovered skateboarding. After graduating from high school, he trained as a paramedic and spent a year at the University Hospital in Bonn. He then studied architecture and communication design in Aachen. He gained his first experience on set during a camera internship for the ARD series ‘Rentnercops’. He went on to work in the camera department on various film and series productions as a second camera assistant, equipment assistant and video operator. He further developed his own image design skills while shooting music videos and producing his own short films. He also gained extensive experience in screenwriting. Studying at the ifs since 2025.
