SOPHIA TIMŠIN was born in Troisdorf in 1999, grew up in Moscow. Moved to Frankfurt am Main in 2014. Enthusiasm for film and editing from an early age, as well as realization of own projects. Also drew, learned Japanese, played piano and volleyball. Participation in the youth exchange program Offenbach - Kawagoe. After graduating from high school, completed a voluntary social year at the Jugendhilfe Frankfurt. 2020 Three-month internship at storytelling agency and film production company Qolabo in Cologne. Assisted, edited and retouched images there. Support of events and social media management of the Japanese Culture and Language Center e.V. Studying at the ifs since 2021.
