I am addicted to dynamics and excesses and live in constant paranoia of stagnation. I am driven by a deep-seated restlessness that makes the desire for subversion boil. It is the ardent desire to always be in motion, to move with the times, to add to them. The only way to compensate for my inner trembling is through the creation of moving images - the medium of film is not just some passion, but rather the most important instrument for ensuring my continued existence. Films give me vitality, films are able to alleviate existential fears, a saving power can emanate from them. My cinematic work should be physically experienceable, I want to create burning experiences. I am concerned with vital reactions that I want to elicit from the jaded audience of the present. Cinema is not dead - you have to weaponize time and pull the trigger.
