After working as assistant director in musical theatre, Victor Lockwood studied series screenwriting in Paris, and explored the teenage experience, first joining the writers‘ rooms for French shows like »Les Bracelets Rouges / Red Band Society« and »Sam«. He then co-created »Mental«, a YA show following the adventures of a group of teens living in a psychiatric ward and published a prequel novel to the show. Then, he co-created the miniseries »One Night to Live«, a book adaptation telling the story of a duo of wayward teens battling suicidal tendencies. In addition to co-writing an upcoming Netflix action show, he’s currently working on two other book adaptations, one as a show for Disney+, one as a feature film.
