Lawyer Volker Otte was head of the legal department of the German Federal Film Board (FFA) from 1995 to 1999, then authorized signatory and head of the film funding department of Road Movies Filmproduktion GmbH. He has been a lawyer in Berlin since October 2002, specializing in film, culture and media funding (www.filmfunding.de). Since 2005, he has also been one of the two managing directors of the collection agent OnTrust Inkasso- und Abrechnungsgesellschaft mbH (www.on-trust.de)
