Grand Finale for 2023: this weekend, the second class of the prestigious European Showrunner Training graduated. Since June, 12 experienced professional series writers from 10 European countries have spent six intense months analysing the challenges of showrunning in Europe and acquiring key insights and skills for leading projects in the demanding role of the showrunner. The final workshop featured sessions with Head of Programme Jeppe Gjervig Gram (Borgen, Follow the Money), media lawyer Kai May (Unverzagt van Have) and the inspiring showrunner-duo Jantje Friese and Baran bo Odar (Dark, 1889).
