Today the Series Mania Forum began in Lille. With its three days of presentation of programmes, panels and networking, Series Mania Forum brings together series professionals in the heart of the city of Lille.

The week started off excitingly with the European Showrunner Programme welcoming the showrunners Marianne Wendt, Teodora Markova, Pedro Lopes, Mikko Pöllä, Franck Philippon and ifs CEO Nadja Radojevic for an behind-closed-doors Think Tank session.

On Tuesday European Showrunner Programme alumnus Wiktor Piatkowski presented his six-episode show »The Art of Magdalene« as part of the festivals’s Co-Pro-Pitching Sessions.

Another exciting pitch comes from European Showrunner Programme alumnus David Csicskár who tomorrow presents his upcoming show »ELEPHANT«.

And for everyone who can’t be in Lille: As members of the STREAM Network the »Series Mania+« platform allows series industry professionals to access and participate in the Series Mania Forum no matter where they are via the digital service.
