Participation requirements

This programme is open to aspiring writers at different stages of life, e.g. high school students, BA or MA students, or film and media professionals from other fields.

Since the Summer School Screenwriting is held in English, applicants must have English language skills at B2 level or higher.

- Curriculum vitae (in English)
- Idea outline for a short film (1 page, in English)
- Copy of student ID (if applying for student discount)

Regular participants: 1200 Euro
Students: 950 euros
ifs alumni and ifs students: 850 euros

Funding opportunities via the BILDUNGSSCHECK NRW (for persons with residence in North-Rhine Westfalia).
