The Enigma Bureau – an unconventional team for all things supernatural – travel to a small catholic town to find a missing boy. But instead of a simple haunting they stumble into a mystery that brings to light not only strange spirits, but also their own personal demons.

SYNOPSIS

Jo, Max, Emma and Danis run a special kind of start-up: they are self-proclaimed ghost hunters and document their supernatural adventures with YouTube videos – which their followers naturally think are a weird web series. But as the new client Isa seeks help because stealing watches has suddenly become a hobby in her village and then her brother Toni disappears without a trace, it becomes clear that this is not just village gossip. The Enigma Bureau travels to the strictly Catholic Mooswald: a place that is about as fond of strangers as it is of ghost hunters with social media accounts. Reminded of her religious past, Jo wants to leave straight away, but Max gets more supernatural intuitions than ever before. So they stay. Between ancient myths, haunting creatures and trackless break-ins, they not only come up against their limits, but also their own issues: Jo struggles with family demons, Max with his mental balance, and Isa... with feelings for Jo. The only thing that's clear is that the ghosts are behaving strangely aggressive, everything is somehow connected to Toni, and what began as a “sweet little mystery” quickly turns into absolute ghost chaos – perhaps they've overreached themselves this time. No matter what: camera is rolling.
