Virtual Character Creation
For his Master’s in the MA3D Animation for Film & Games program, Sina Rezaeinejad explored the narrative and aesthetic potential of costume design in games. The project focuses on creating game-ready garments and armor for RPG characters that meet the visual and technical standards of AAA titles.
Inspired by designs from Hyein Go and Mam Ba, Sina developed four distinct outfits, combining hard surface modeling with cloth simulation. Every element—from textures to materials—was crafted to support storytelling, world-building, and player immersion. His production pipeline included tools such as ZBrush, Substance Painter, and Marvelous Designer. All assets were optimized for real-time rendering and integrated into Unreal Engine 5.
