ANNA-MARIA BÖHM was born in Romania and grew up in Germany. She’s a rare blend of engineer, actress, and screenwriter – with a soft spot for science, comedy, and stories that spark serious chemistry.
Since 2018, she has been hosting the YouTube format NetTips, explaining the internet to Cologne. In 2023, she completed her Master’s in Serial Storytelling at the ifs International Film School Cologne. Afterwards, she joined the writers' room of »WDR Science Cops«, and from February 2024 to July 2025 she has been writing (very true to her nature) one happy ending after another for »In aller Freundschaft – Die jungen Ärzte«.
Anna is also an alumna of the MGZ Sheroes Program and took part in the 2025 Winterclass »Serial Writing and Producing« at the Erich Pommer Institute.
Her heart beats for courage, joy, and quirky characters – and all of that finds its way into her scripts. They’re often fast-paced, happily humorous, and always full of hope, because she believes that good stories can save the world – or at least the day.
