CAIO SALLES ACKERMANN, born in Cologne in 2001, developed his passion for film at an early age, especially for acting, directing, art projects, and commercial shoots. Since his High School exchange year in South Africa, Caio dedicated himself intensely to photography and worked with photographer Gregor Kaluza to expand his visual perspective. Collaborating with director Duda Amaro also allowed him to deepen his knowledge of image editing and post-production. After staying abroad for a while Caio successfully absolved his first internship in the production department. Thereafter, more directing and production occupations followed. Apart from that Caio did not neglect acting. Studying at the ifs since 2023.
