DOMINIK SALCHER, born in 2001 and raised near Munich. After graduating from high school in 2019, various internships at film technology distributors and production companies, including a camera internship on "The Kangaroo Conspiracy" by X Filme Creative Pool. Then worked freelance for short films and television as a material assistant and video operator. In 2022 he moved to the lighting department with an internship at Sparks Filmtechnik. Worked as a lighting technician on short films, commercials and feature films for several months. In between, wrote and shot privately produced short films. Studying at the ifs since 2023.
