A good editor needs sensitivity and a great deal of empathy. A friend once said to me that I would even feel empathy for a stone. You can trigger and effect so much in people through editing, that always fascinates me the most. Telling stories and touching people with them is my biggest priority. Movies can do that in a perfect way.
