In the film ROAN, the tender relationship between a Vietnamese grandmother and her granddaughter, who was born and raised in Germany, unfolds.

While they spend a day in their grandmother's apartment in Berlin-Reinickendorf, they not only share small everyday surprises with each other, but also ask themselves larger, existential questions of life.
