Fabian Tobias holds a degree in media economics and is a producer of TV and streaming formats from a wide range of TV genres. In the course of his career, he has produced shows such as »Klein gegen Groß« (ARD), »Ich bin ein Star - holt mich hier raus« (RTL), »Hot oder Schrott« (VOX), »Kaum zu Glauben« (NDR), »Deutschlands Superhirn« (ZDF), »Masterchef« (SKY), »Der Deutsche Comedypreis« (RTL/Sat.1 ), »Comedians der Welt« (NETFLIX) and »Zeig mir Deine Welt« (ARD), for which Kai Pflaume was awarded the Bavarian Television Prize. Since July 2020, he has been Managing Director of the TV production company EndemolShine Germany, which realizes formats such as »Wer wird Millionär?« (RTL), »The Masked Singer« (ProSieben), »Promi Big Brother« (SAT.1), »Die Höhle der Löwen« (VOX), »The 50« (AT; PrimeVideo) or »Kitchen Impossible«.
