Stella Guzmán Schikora, born in 1998, raised in Yucatan, Mexico. Early interest in creative work, particularly painting and photography. At the age of 17, completed a year abroad in Bonn, followed by obtaining a diploma in design. Afterwards pursued a five-semester study of painting and art therapy at Alanus University in Alfter. During this period, engaged with various forms of design in film and video, fostering a growing interest in moving image composition.
Subsequently undertook a camera internship for a feature film project ("Stella. A Life"). Further internship at the camera rental company Atelier Screen TV. Proceeded to work on personal projects and as sound and camera assistant for an ARTE documentary film. Studying at ifs since 2023.
