Achim Reimann was born in Bonn. After training as a reprographer, he studied fine art at the Düsseldorf Art Academy under Dieter Krieg from 1989. He finished his studies in 1997 as a master student. From 1998 onwards, he turned more and more to set painting with a focus on feature films.
To date he has worked as a head painter on numerous film productions and has designed and executed colour concepts for a number of television, comeby and event productions.
