Luisa Buchholz

Born 1999 in Bergisch Gladbach, lives in Cologne. 
2025: BA degree in Production Design at the ifs Internationale Filmschule Köln under Uli Hanisch and Sebastian Soukup. 
Since then: Head of Production Design for the romantic comedy series »Mermaids to Lovers« (in collaboration with Benedikt Runkel); has worked, among other roles, as a set dresser on various projects (including »Club der roten Bänder – Die neue Generation«, »Tatort – Die Erfindung des Rades«, and »The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping«).
During her studies: Responsible for the production design of various student film projects.
Internships in the production design department of the TV film »Ein Wahnsinnstag«, the Netflix series »King of Stonks« and the cinema film »The Hunger Games. The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes«. 
2021: BA degree in Media Cultural Studies and German Studies at the University of Cologne.
