Anyone with professional experience, whether as a writer/director, producer or journalist, can apply. Film school graduates can also submit their film ideas.

Concepts for 30-, 45-, 60- or 90-minute films, series or serials from the fields of art and culture, society and social issues, history (old and new), nature and ecology, science and factual entertainment are eligible.
