An icy mountain landscape, a gloomy village, a remote clinic.

While interning at a spiritual clinic in the Allgäu region of Germany, young psychology student Lea is immersed in a mysterious world of unorthodox therapy methods and demonic customs. Increasingly compulsive, Lea follows the dark maelstrom of the place, which engulfs her and increasingly isolates her from the outside world. She quickly finds herself caught in a dangerous vortex of manipulation, abuse and violence. Soon, the vague line between intern and patient begins to blur completely for Lea.
