Marco is offered the opportunity of a lifetime: the 18-year-old footballer is discovered by a professional club and is about to swap his home village for the big wide world. But the closer his departure into the unknown gets, the more Marco's insecurity grows. Family, friendships and familiar surroundings define who he is - but what happens when all of that disappears? While he celebrates and the shooting festival reaches its beer-fuelled climax, Marco has to face the facts of growing up and make a momentous decision for the first time in his life.
