Vita
MAXIMILIAN AIGNER born in Düsseldorf in 1995, grew up down the Rhine in Duisburg. After graduating from high school in 2014, went to study history and English/American studies at the Westphalian Wilhelms University in Münster, but never quite warmed to Westphalia. During his school years and first degree, he lived, studied and taught in England for several years. In Germany, he also worked as a cultural mediator until he received his B.A. in 2019. Film was always his great passion - along with good, preferably homemade music. In his studies he wrote more and more (finally also his thesis) about film and its contexts. Now he has changed sides to make films himself, instead of just talking about it. Studied Creative Producing at ifs Internationale Filmschule Köln from 2019 until 2023.
